Allegiant Announces New Nonstop Service From Portland to 3 Destinations With One-Way Fares As Low As $49*

PORTLAND, Oregon. Jan. 12, 2021 — Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) today announces service from Portland International Airport (PDX) to three new cities: Santa Maria, Monterey, and Idaho Falls. To celebrate, the company is offering one-way fares on the new routes as low as $49.*

“Portlanders who are looking for opportunities to visit places where they can safely recreate will find them in Santa Maria, Monterey and Idaho Falls,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant’s vice president of revenue and planning. “Those destinations offer great outdoor experiences. And Portland is a gateway to world-class recreation for visitors.”

New service from Portland International Airport (PDX) includes:

  1. Santa Maria, California via Santa Maria Airport (SMX) – beginning April 15, 2021 with fares as low as $49.*
  2. Monterey, California via Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) – beginning May 28, 2021 with fares as low as $49.*
  3. Idaho Falls, Idaho via Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA) – beginning May 28, 2021 with fares as low as $49.*

The new flights will operate twice weekly. Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.

We hope their new nonstop flights will encourage Oregonians and Southwest Washingtonians to explore all that the cities of Santa Maria, Monterey and Idaho Falls have to offer.”

Allegiant offers a unique option to Portland-area travelers with low base airfare and savings on rental cars and hotels. Travelers can book their entire vacation with Allegiant for less.

*About the introductory one-way fares:

Seats and dates are limited and fares are not available on all flights. Flights must be purchased by Jan. 13, 2021. Travel must be completed by Aug. 15, 2021 for SMX, Aug. 16, 2021 for MRY and IDA.
