PDX concessions opportunities are generally presented through a formal Request for Proposals (RFP) process, which helps ensure equity and access for all interested businesses. When specific opportunities become available we will issue an RFP containing details on the locations themselves, current business terms, and requirements for proposals. A selection committee then determines the best fit for each space based on the proposals received. RFPs are announced through our vendor portal, PlanetBids. Please follow the instructions linked below to register your business and receive notifications of new opportunities. We suggest signing up several contacts from your business to ensure that these important notifications are not missed.
